Only wisdom brings a meaningful life, and only he who holds on to this becomes happy.
King Solomon
Wisdom offers what money, power, and fame cannot give. Wealth is not about money; it’s about inner, deeper values such as meaning, contentment, happiness, and a sense of peace of mind.
To be wise we need to reflect upon what is most important to us in life and what has less meaning. We need to put our lives into perspective and find out who we are, where we want to go, and what kind of persons and leaders we want to become during our journey.

A man will always reap just the kind of crop he sows
King Solomon
Your life today is the result of your believes, attitudes and choices in the past. What you have given priority to learn, those whom you have chosen to socialize with, who you decide to live with, what you have chosen to believe in, and so on, all affect your outcome.
Your life tomorrow will be the result of your attitudes and the choices you make today. When you take new steps of development with regard to your believes, attitudes and actions, you start development in your life and leadership. What you are getting out of life will thus depend on the on the effort that you yourself put in, how great it is, the quality it consists of and with what consistency.
What important choices can you make today that in a few years will make a big difference in your life and leadership?
